Finally, we have alcohol beverages available for our value customers. The choices are Bud Light, Budweiser, Bud Select, Singha, Kirrin, and Sake. Other brand may be added later on depend upon customers request. I hope you enjoy your meal at ZEN and Thank you for supporting us.

We are having alcohol beverage coming to our ZEN restaurant soon. Expecting date is October 28, 2009. There will be Domestic and Import beer (Budweiser, Bud Light, and Bud Select for domestic, and Singha and Kirrin for Import). The best part is that we will have a Sake (a traditional Japanese alcohol beverage) on alcohol list too. I'll post the latest of the exact available date for everyone soon. We're pleased to have you try our new items from original sushi such as California Roll to new sushi style rolls. Many customers came in asking what the Edamame is. Now, I found answer and additional information for everyone.......... "It's GOOD!!". Edamame is a preparation of baby soybeans in the pod, often found in Japan, China and Korea. Outside East Asia, the dish is most often found in Japanese restaurants and some Chinese restaurants, but has recently found popularity elsewhere (even ZEN has) as a healthful food item. Not only it's good, Edamame beans contain vitamin A, vitamin B, calcium, and high protein that helps stabilize blood sugar. The USDA (United States Department of Agriculture) states that edamame are "a soybean that can be eaten fresh and is best known as a snack with a nutritional punch. Hope this will help those who wonder what Edamame beans come fron and what kind of beans it is. It's soybeans and it's GOOD!!

It has been over a month that we have Sushi menu for our value customers. This time, we would like to make sure that you look out for Specialty Board when you enter our front door. Currently, we have Seared Scallop with basil Sauce, Fried Rice Bar-B-Q Pork, and ZEN Salad. We also have to apologize to those who come in for Mango with Sticky Rice. The mango, we used in this dessert plate, is currently out of season and it should be back soon. We will let you know on this page or you can always ask our ZEN member. At the mean time, you can check out Sticky Rice with Thai Custard. It's a traditional Thai dessert made by our traditional Thai people (all homemade). For now, have a good time at ZEN and Thank you, as always, for supporting us.
